Customer Care Fee
All services include applicable sales tax and a 10% Customer Care Fee, applied to your total. This fee is not a gratuity.
The Customer Care Fee helps support:
- Premium products and professional tools
- Appointment preparation and sanitation
- Client comfort and elevated service standards
Gratuity
Tipping is always appreciated but never required. For clients who wish to tip, we kindly recommend a 15% gratuity based on service satisfaction.
